Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with OMBRÉA.

We take great care in preparing, checking, and packaging every OMBRÉA order before it is dispatched. Due to the nature of our fragrance products, all purchases are generally considered final once an order has been delivered, subject to applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates.

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

OMBRÉA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, including situations where:

You no longer want the product.
You ordered the wrong fragrance.
You ordered the wrong product or quantity.
You do not like the fragrance after receiving it.
The fragrance does not meet your personal preference or expectations.
The product has been opened, sprayed, tested, or used.
You wish to exchange the product for another scent or item.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

Damaged;
Defective;
Leaking or otherwise materially compromised; or
Different from the product you ordered,

please contact OMBRÉA as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Our team will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may request photographs or videos of:

The product received;
The damaged or defective area;
The product packaging;
The shipping packaging; and
Your order details.

Please keep the affected product and its original packaging until our team has completed its review.

Incorrect Orders

If OMBRÉA has sent you a product that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Damaged During Delivery

If you notice visible damage to your parcel or product upon delivery, please photograph the package and product before disposing of any packaging.

This helps us investigate the issue with the relevant delivery provider and resolve your request more efficiently.

Product Appearance

Minor differences in packaging appearance, color presentation, photography, screen display, or production details may occur and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is highly personal and may smell or perform differently depending on skin chemistry, environment, application, and individual perception.

A dislike of the fragrance, fragrance notes, projection, longevity, or personal experience with the scent is therefore not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing, preparation, or shipping.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Refunds Approved by OMBRÉA

Where OMBRÉA determines that a refund is appropriate due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the refund will be processed using an appropriate method determined based on the original transaction and circumstances.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
